The guidelines are, in short, the hotel's norms, which must be complied with at all times. Offending users suffer, according to their behavior, the appropriate punishments, so that they correct their conduct. The priority is to promote a healthy environment that, without a doubt, will make the experience and gaming of newcomers and vanguards much better.

Below are all the established rules, subdivided into different areas. For now, we strongly advise you to read it in full. Never hesitate todenounce all offenders, as this will help to make the hotel's aura more pleasant and light.
 

   Hotel Rules
» Do not impersonate third parties;
» Do not use inappropriate names;
» Do not threaten any members of the hotel;
» Don't often comment on other hotels;
» Bullying, cheating, threats, intimidation, and any kind of prejudice will not be tolerated;
» If you lend your account to someone and have your data changed, the responsibility will be entirely yours.

   Discord Rules
» It is not allowed to insult any members;
» It is not allowed to chat on channels that do not have this purpose;
» It is not allowed to send explicit content in any server channels;
» It is not allowed to send links from servers not related to Hotel, either in chats or private members.

   Staff Rules
» Lending accounts is strictly prohibited;
» Abuse of power in any circumstances is totally unacceptable;
» It is strictly forbidden to give valuable items to users without notifying superiors;
» Compromising and/or collaborating with toxic behavior will result in immediate dismissal.

   Market Rules
» Taking advantage of the naivety of other users is strictly prohibited;
» The sale of rares for real money must be consulted with a Manager or CEO.

Minimum punishments correspond to silences, while maximum punishments will result in permanent bans. Each case will always be analyzed, impartially, by the team, so that the offense committed is punished fairly. Keep in mind, however, that incorrect behavior from the same user could lead to a permanent long-term ban. Behave and enjoy our entertainment!
